Hi everyone,

I am currently working on a new client project where I will be integrating Zoom meetings into WordPress as part of a live classroom meets self-paced digital learning platform.

To achieve this I plan to develop these features using Modern Tribe Virtual Events (for scheduling), and the fantastic Zoom integration solution built by eLearning Evolve which sounds very promising!

I have not done anything like this before so I am interested to hear any words of advice or guidance from the group regarding either best practice or technical traps to look out for.

Thanks!

Ah nice, you'll have to let me know how you get on. I saw this plugin when I was looking round a while ago but ended up using a different one.

The plugin I used when creating the following tutorial video for Training Spark was called "Video Conferencing with Zoom".

BuddyBoss has native Zoom integration that works quite well too:

One potential thing to look out for is that Zoom are deprecating their JWT authentication method in June next year - https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/guides/auth/jwt/ . At the time I recorded the video above the documentation still said to use the JWT method, but presumably it'll offer alternative authentication methods too.
