Fluid typography and responsive scaling is a key highlight for me, moving us away from the chunky, snap resize effect we often see when working with CSS media queries.
Are you at all excited about the recent focus on WP's Full Site Editing features?
My own take on the majority of these updates are that they often more-or-less attempt to roll more features into WP core that you are likely already working with if you have a well-built theme (which comes with more versatility for developing feature-rich and accessible user experiences all round.)
